My Country is a Pea

This is what the Duchess learned in school. It is her latest "Christmas song."

Ode to Joy

Here is what I have been working on this weekend. I wanted to do an advent calendar or a countdown to Christmas, or even a canvas depicting the 12 days of Christmas, but the Basic Grey papers were just too good to "cover up" with leaping lords or maids milking. I just went with a few chipboard shapes and letters and piled on the sparkle to come up with my "Christmas Colorblock." I had a ball pulling out all of my Magic Scrap supplies and my serious adhesive to do this. The house is still a wreck, but it was worth it!

That's one small step for man. . .

I have officially entered blog world. After days of trying to come up with the coolest name and address for a blog as random as this one will be, all the really good names were taken. So like it or not, Refresh My Memory is what this blog shall be for now. It will be vary from daily life, to scrapbooking, to recollections of my past- maybe an occasional rant or pearl of wisdom thrown in for good measure. Sit back and enjoy if you have stumbled upon this by accident, or if you do in fact know who I am please don't feel shy and leave a comment if you can. Toodles
